Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participating in Judo, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks such as injuries, falls, collisions, bodily harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, injuries, or losses that I may incur as a result of my participation.

Medical Condition:

I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in Judo. I agree to notify the organisers of any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that may affect my ability to safely participate.

Waiver of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in judo classes, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Townsville Judo, its instructors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in judo classes or related activities.

Photography Consent:

I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during judo classes or events organised by Townsville Judo for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including but not limited to, website content, social media, and printed materials. I understand that I have the right to revoke my consent for the use of my image for marketing purposes by notifying Townsville Judo in writing.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations:

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Townsville Judo regarding safety, conduct, and participation in judo classes and activities.

Governing Law:

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.
