Classes are grouped by age as a general guide only. We’re flexible and may recommend a different class based on experience, confidence and individual needs.

Nothing special required.
You don't need to buy anything before giving judo a try.
Wear comfortable activewear. A T-shirt with shorts, tights or track pants is fine.
Bring a water bottle.
Bring slip-on shoes or thongs. Shoes must be worn whenever you're off the mat.
Arrive around 10 minutes early. We'll show you around and introduce you to your coach.
